• All payments made toward your journey are non-refundable due to contractual agreements with our travel partners. This allows us to secure exclusive group pricing and flexible payment plans for you.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active. Your payment plan will be outlined in your invoice, and we recommend setting reminders to stay on track.

• Reservations that fall significantly behind on payments may be subject to cancellation.
  

• If you are sharing a room, both travelers are expected to remain current on their payment plans.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
• Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Travel protection is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes. This protection provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You may request a quote from Journeys By Jamm or book your own travel insurance and provide proof of coverage. 

• When airfare is included, seating and airline-specific policies are controlled by the airline. Requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class. Upgrade options may be offered.

• A credit card may be required at check-in for incidentals.
