Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments made toward your journey are non-refundable due to contractual agreements with our travel partners. This allows us to secure exclusive group pricing and flexible payment plans for you.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active. Your payment plan will be outlined in your invoice, and we recommend setting reminders to stay on track.
Reservations that fall significantly behind on payments may be subject to cancellation.
If you are sharing a room, both travelers are expected to remain current on their payment plans.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.
