Settle into your Tower View room, grab a matcha latte, and rest up—or head to the rooftop lounge and let the skyline know you’ve arrived.

Day 2 – Thursday, October 7, 2027 – Tokyo Culture + First Bites
Let’s dive deep. Today’s guided city tour will show you the temples, shrines, and traditional side of Tokyo. Expect bustling markets, peaceful gardens, and a few "OMG, I’m really here!" moments. In the evening, you'll head to a high-energy karaoke bar for our JxJ Welcome Party—drinks, vocals, and instant sisterhood on deck.

Day 3 – Friday, October 8, 2027 – Mt. Fuji & Lake Ashi Day Trip
Get those cameras ready—we’re off to Mt. Fuji. You’ll see this iconic beauty up close, then cruise across Lake Ashi for tranquil vibes and panoramic views. Enjoy a local lunch, snap your Fuji selfies, and return to Tokyo with bragging rights.

Day 4 – Saturday, October 9, 2027 – Shibuya Glow-Up + Tokyo Modern Tour
From high fashion to high energy, today’s all about the neon side of Tokyo. We’ll hit up trendy neighborhoods, shop til we drop, and ride Shibuya street go-karts like anime royalty. Come dressed to flex, because this day is giving "Black Girl Magic: Tokyo Edition."

Day 5 – Sunday, October 10, 2027 – Bullet Train to Kyoto
Wave goodbye to Tokyo and hop the sleek Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto. It’s fast, smooth, and bougie—just how we like it. You’ll check in to Mercure Kyoto Station and enjoy an easy afternoon to relax or stroll to a nearby café.

Day 6 – Monday, October 11, 2027 – Kyoto Temples & Tea Vibes
Kyoto is the soul of Japan. Today’s full-day cultural tour includes traditional tea houses, geisha districts, and iconic temples. This is your kimono moment, sis—capture the elegance and peace this city embodies.

Day 7 – Tuesday, October 12, 2027 – Journey to Osaka

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Journeys By Jamm are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Journeys By Jamm has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. These contracts permit us to lock in our low package prices and allow you to make monthly payments for your journey.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar. Payments that are more than 60 days late are subject to reservation cancelation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we require Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You may request a quote from Journeys By Jamm or book your own travel insurance and provide proof of coverage.
Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines, although we will try our best to get your preferred seating. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class.
A credit card may be required at check-in for incidentals.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date. Late payments will not be accepted more 14 days after the Final Payment is due. Failure to provide full payment within 14 days of the Final Payment Due Date will result is forfeiture of all funds and reservation cancellation.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
