Choose your box, share your group details, and upload your logo(s) and design(s) — or let us curate the look for you. Whether you’ve got branding ready or need a little creative magic, we’ve got you.


🎨 Step 2: We Design + You Approve

We’ll craft a custom layout for your box based on your brand, trip vibe, and chosen tier. You’ll receive mockups (if needed) for final review before anything goes to print or production.


📬 Step 3: Pack, Ship & Impress

Once approved, we pack your boxes with care, ship them to your preferred address (or directly to each guest if Luxe or added shipping is selected), and keep you updated every step of the way.

General Ordering Info

❓How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks before your expected delivery date to ensure a smooth process from design to delivery. This allows time for mockups, approvals, production, and shipping.

📦 Need it sooner? We may be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Orders with less than 2 weeks’ lead time will incur a $150 rush fee, if accepted.

❓What’s the turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from the moment your design is finalized and approved. Delivery timing depends on the size of your order and the shipping method selected.

❓Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes. We require a minimum of 6 boxes per order. However, you can mix and match different box tiers (Essential, Signature, Luxe) within that total. For example: 2 Luxe, 2 Signature, and 2 Essentials = one valid order.

❓Can I mix box types in one order?

Yes! You’re welcome to mix different tiers based on the needs of your group. Many clients choose Luxe boxes for VIPs or organizers and Signature or Essential boxes for guests. There’s no need to meet the 6-box minimum for each tier — just for the overall order.

❓What’s included in the price of each box?

Each box includes the listed contents for that tier, a custom Thank You note placed on top, and your logo or group name printed on the box cover. Luxe boxes also include a contents page insert. Boxed Journeys branded tissue paper is included in all boxes for elevated presentation. Shipping to one address is included by default, and individual shipping is available (or included, depending on your box tier).

❓What’s your return or cancellation policy?

Because each box is custom-produced just for your group, all sales are final once production begins. If you need to cancel or make changes after submitting your order, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before we begin printing or packing.

Design & Customization

❓Can I submit my own logo or artwork?

Yes! When completing your order form, you’ll have the option to upload your logo(s), artwork, or any design elements you’d like us to use. Your selected box tier determines how many logos or designs we can include:

  • Essential: 1 logo, 1 design 

  • Signature: 1 logo, 2 designs

  • Luxe: Up to 2 logos, 3 designs

We’ll apply your branding to items like t-shirts, passport covers, tumblers, and more depending on the tier.

❓What if I don’t have a logo or theme?

No problem — we offer professional design curation to bring your group’s vibe to life.

  • Essential & Signature Boxes: $35 design fee

  • Luxe Boxes: Complimentary design included

This includes:
🎨 A 15-minute creative consult to understand your group/trip vibe
🎨 A set of 3 unique design mockups
🎨 1 additional round of 3 new designs if the first set isn't a match

We’ll make sure your box looks cohesive, stylish, and memorable.

❓Do you offer custom orders or branded collaborations?

Yes — we love collaborating on one-of-a-kind gifting experiences. Whether you're planning a large retreat, want to design a signature box for your brand, or have a totally unique vision, we’ll build a quote-based package just for you.

Custom orders may include:

  • Specialized products not listed on our standard tiers

  • Full aesthetic concepting

  • Enhanced packaging (e.g., printed sleeves, magnetic boxes, co-branded materials)

❓What type of branding is included?

Every box includes:

  • Your logo or trip name printed on the outside of the box

  • A custom welcome note placed on top of the items

  • Boxed Journeys branded tissue paper inside for an elegant reveal

Want more branding? Luxe Boxes and custom packages may also include branded contents pages, co-branded inserts, or upgraded packaging options for an additional fee.

Shipping & Delivery

❓Do all boxes ship to one location?

It depends on the box tier:

  • Essential & Signature Boxes ship to one group address by default.
    ➕ You can upgrade to individual shipping for $15 per box.

  • Luxe Boxes include complimentary individual shipping to each guest — no upgrade needed.

We confirm your shipping preferences during checkout.

❓Can you ship directly to my hotel or event venue?

Yes! We're happy to ship to hotels, resorts, or venues — just be sure they can accept packages on your behalf. You’ll need to provide:

  • The venue’s shipping address

  • Contact name + phone number on-site

  • Delivery instructions and your preferred arrival window

We'll take care of coordinating the shipment to arrive on time and in style.

❓Can I reorder the same box later for a new group?

Yes! Once we've created your design and produced your first order, reorders are easy. If you're using the same artwork, there’s no need to pay another design fee. Just let us know your new group details and delivery timeline, and we’ll get everything reprinted and repacked.

❓Can I add more items to a box?

Yes! We offer a variety of premium add-ons you can include with any box tier. A few popular options include:

❓Do I have to order the same box for everyone?

Nope! You can mix tiers within the same order. Many clients choose Luxe boxes for hosts or VIPs, and Signature or Essential boxes for the rest of their group. We only require a 6-box minimum per total order — regardless of tier.

❓Can we set up a subscription or standing order?

Yes! We can create a quarterly, seasonal, or per-trip subscription that fits your hosting calendar. Whether you want a new design each time or prefer a signature branded look across every trip, we’ll tailor the subscription to match your needs. Contact us to discuss a custom plan.

❓Can I create a signature box for my travel brand or retreat series?

Absolutely. We specialize in branded gifting experiences that align with your aesthetic, destination style, and audience. Whether you want a recurring “signature look” or seasonal updates, we’ll help you create a consistent, recognizable unboxing experience.

❓Do you offer bulk or annual pricing discounts?

Yes. If you’re planning to order 30+ boxes throughout the year or on a recurring basis, let’s talk. We can work out an exclusive package that includes preferred pricing, priority booking, and design file storage for quicker turnaround times.

❓Can I white label the boxes with my own brand only?

For select partners with high-volume orders or established brands, we do offer white-label solutions where Boxed Journeys branding is removed. These are approved on a case-by-case basis and priced accordingly. Reach out to explore your options.
